I am currently accepting both birth doula clients and postpartum doula clients from the Victoria area up to the Duncan area of B.C. 

Birth Doula

The services I offer you as your Birth Doula:

  • an initial meeting to see if I am the right doula for you

  • 3 x two hour meetings in your third trimester

  • an extensive resource list and handouts

  • unlimited e-mail/phone support/text

  • my lending library

  • on call 24 hours a day from your 38th week until your baby is born

  • hand & foot Thai Massage for relaxation

  • comfort measures during labour ex. rebozo, TENS machine, birth ball, etc

  • continuous labour support from whenever you need me at the onset of labour until about 2 hours after your baby is born

  • birth photography

  • belly casting

  • 3x two hour postpartum visits

 

My Birth Support Fee is $900

*a non-refundable $450 is due at the first Prenatal Visit / Balance is due at the last Prenatal Visit

*I also have a Flexible Payment Plan

*Gift certificates in any denomination are available. There is no better gift for a pregnant woman or couple. 

Packages can be made to include both birth and postpartum services prior to your baby’s birth.

 

 Postpartum Doula

The services I offer you as your postpartum doula:

  • Breast/ Bottle Feeding Support

  • Infant Massage

  • Thai Massage - Hand & Foot for Mum

  • Infant Bathing

  • Infant Minding While You Rest/Shower etc

  •  errand-running, light tidying, simple meal prep.

  • baby's laundry

  • playing with other child/children while you bond with new baby

 

My Postpartum Support Fee Is:

$25/Hour   7am - 7pm ~ minimum 3 Hour Booking

$25/hour  6pm - 9am

**You CAN hire me for my postpartum services without hiring me as your Doula.**
